Birjan D. Crispin currently serves as a business management consultant in Indianapolis, Indiana. From 2023 to 2025, Birjan served in the Indiana House of Representatives as a legislative aide for the House Republican Caucus, staffing the Indiana C.H.O.I.C.E. Board and the Commerce, Small Business & Economic Development Committee — contributing directly to policy development in economic and community-focused areas.
Birjan holds a B.A. in Finance and Political Science from Hope College. He is a graduate of The Heritage Foundation's Leadership Fellowship (as a fiscal and monetary policy fellow), The Leadership Institute's Young Leaders Program, and the Indiana Family Institute's Hoosier Leadership Series, Class of 2024.
